Catechesis 2020-2022

The preparation itinerary for WYD Lisbon 2023, prepared by the Pastoral and Central Events Directorate, proposes a journey of deepening in faith based on the verb to rise up. This verb is common to the themes of the World Youth Day messages that will take us to Lisbon:

“Young man, I say to you, arise!” (Lk 7:14).

“Arise! I make you a witness of what you have seen. (Acts 26:16). 

“Mary arose and went with haste” (Lk 1:39).
